I’ve always been drawn to stories about strong women.

The women I write about are all dealing with a major crossroad in their life…

This may have started as one story but as I wrote it a whole world grew up around a female only boarding house – Stour House.  Out of it came The Stables, Gilbert House School and Roseton.
